If you are not satisfied with LiveBoard within 14 days of your first paid subscription payment, contact us at Brightboardsa@gmail.com for a full refund. This applies to your initial subscription only.
Subscription renewals
Subscription renewals (monthly or yearly) are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Plan & billing to prevent the next renewal. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
How to request a refund
Email Brightboardsa@gmail.com from the email address on your account and include your order or invoice reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Disputed payments may result in immediate suspension of the account while the dispute is investigated.
