How LiveBoard works

Make a Board
Pick a Board type, add your photo, name and price. Takes about a minute on your phone.

Combine into a Loop
Want several Boards on one TV? Put them in a Loop and pick a transition.

Copy the Screen Link
Each TV gets one Screen Link. Tap Copy, or send it to yourself on WhatsApp.

Open it on the TV
Type the link in the TV's internet browser. Change a price on your phone — the TV updates in seconds.
Make your TV open LiveBoard by itself
Where is it playing?
Each live link shows the device it's on — e.g. "Live on Samsung TV", "Live on Yodeck", "Live on Fire TV". It updates about every 20 seconds.
Fire TV / Android TV box / Yodeck & signage players
Fully automatic. After a power cut the box starts by itself and opens your link in 15–30 seconds. Nobody needs to touch it.
Samsung & LG business TVs
In the TV settings, turn on "URL Launcher" (Samsung) or "Start on this page" (LG) and paste your link. It opens LiveBoard every time the TV switches on.
Normal home smart TVs
Open the link in the TV browser and save it as a favourite. After a power cut, someone must click the favourite once. For hands-free start, plug in a Fire TV Stick.
Internet down?
The TV keeps a saved copy of your last board or loop and keeps showing it. When the internet returns, new changes appear automatically.
Always fresh
Your changes reach the TV within 30 seconds. The screen also refreshes itself every 12 hours so older TVs don't slow down.
Quick TV checklist
- Turn off the TV's sleep, eco or auto-off timer.
- Turn on "Power on to last input" (or similar) in the TV settings.
- Use a cable or strong Wi-Fi near the TV.
- Set the TV browser home page to your Screen Link.
Questions
How fast do changes show on the TV?
Usually within a few seconds, and always within 30 seconds.
What if the internet goes down?
The TV keeps showing the last saved copy, then updates when the internet returns.
How many TVs can I use?
One Screen Link = one TV. Free and Starter include 1 TV, Pro 3 TVs, Business 10 TVs.
How many Boards can I make?
Free includes up to 3 Boards. Paid plans include unlimited Boards and Loops.
Can I use LiveBoard with my signage platform?
Yes. Save your platform under Integrations (Yodeck, Brightboardsa, ScreenCloud, Samsung MagicINFO and others). After copying a Screen Link, tap Open and paste it as a Web page / URL item. Price changes still update live.
Do I need a special box?
No. Any TV with an internet browser works. For hands-free start after power cuts, a Fire TV Stick or Android TV box is best.
